If you're craving something different for dinner, I definitely recommend this restaurant. The chef spicy shrimp is a particular favorite of mine. Friendly staff, great food, great price. What's not to like?

This Thai food is on point! Authentic flavors, great portions and fast service. Prices are excellent. They are friendly, polite and helpful. I would totally recommend this Thai place over any other even if I have to drive across town for it.

I love Thai food and try to find a good place everywhere I live. We tried Bhan Thai a couple of weeks ago with my husband and overall, it was okay, certainly affordable. The staff was attentive and friendly. They brought me something different to what I had ordered and were not fussed at all when I mentioned it. We had chicken Gyosa, chicken Pad Thai and chicken fried rice. The food wasn't bad - the Gyosa was delicious, the chicken on the other two was somewhat dry and the sauce on the Pad Thai was very sugary, but for the prices they have it is a good place for a quick bite if you are not expecting the world. They have a pretty big menu, so we will be back to explore more.

Love this place. Food is great and prices! The noddles are great. Owner actually memorzied what I order. The Thai ice tea is the best.

I used to go here all the time a few years ago, and it was great. Coming back though, there were some things that made it so that I will probably take my future Thai cravings elsewhere. The waitress was really unenthusiastic until she saw that she got a tip (you pay up front at the counter). Halfway through my fried rice, I bit into something hard and sharp. Turns out there was a small metal spring in my food. Yikes.

Absolutely the worst thai food I've ever consumed. If you eat here eat here you don't know squat about thai food. The food was cold. The pad thai had ketsup in it. The fried rice was so salty you couldn't eat it. The teriyaki chicken was like they dumped a bottle of teriyaki sauce on it. Good luck if you eat there.

UPDATE: since the food here is good, if you go, only pay cash...in light of what happened to me below. DON'T EVEN: After I ate here, my credit card was compromised. I am 100% sure it is connected to this place, since I used the card no where else. The food is good, but possible thievery does not make up for good food.

Ah what the hell? I'm hungry, felt like Thai food and they delivered three solid dishes. Don't judge a book by its cover with this one. Both the outdoor and indoor decor/ambiance struggle. Close your eyes and eat some damn good Thai.

I find that very traditional Thai dishes are too spicy for me even if I ask for mild, but this place obviously takes my American palate into account when measuring spice. When I asked for medium spice I got plenty of spice but no pain, which was perfect for me. The food is good and the service is excellent. Loved the Penang Curry, and my friend enjoyed the Pad Thai thoroughly.

Best Thai my wife and I have had in the Springs. No one else has done Tom Kha Chicken a well as they do. We love the food but always have it delivered. Usually doesn't take more than 30 minutes even though they only deliver on Friday's and Saturday's. The soup is sweet and spicy, pretty full and tastes great.

My mom and I stopped here after running errands to get some take-out. It was a cute little mom and pop type shop with SUPER cheap and generously portioned meals. And the food was absolutely delicious. We had: pad thai, red curry, veggie fried rice, egg rolls, crab wontons and mixed veggies. The food tasted homemade. This will definitely be our new place for Thai food. I highly recommend this place!!!

I've been coming to Bhan Thai for years, and have never once had a meal I didn't enjoy. The owner is a great guy, and always smiles and waves when I come in. He's even memorized my usual! His staff is personable and are always a pleasure to work with. If you can't handle hot, beware! If you ask for Thai Hot, you may regret it. Has the best Crab Rangoons in Colorado Springs! We bring my Kung Fu class here on a regular basis, clear across town, just to enjoy the food. My vegan acquaintances have never complained for lack of options either. I'll stick with my Pad Thai glass noodle and Beef though ;). Highly recommend!

  • Nick E.

Smells like rotten vegetables in there and the food is nothing to rave about. The floors are nasty and most of the tables are being leveled out by an apartment guide

I came here with 8 other people. The place was fairly small and clean. We all ordered up at the counter around the same time, but our food all came out at different times. It wasn't a big deal, but some of us were waiting for around 10 minutes while everyone else had been served. I ordered a cup of the Tom Kha Shrimp soup, my bf ordered the Panang curry, and we got summer rolls to start. My cup of soup was delicious, but maybe a bit pricey for the size. My bf's curry was very good; I'd recommend it. The summer rolls weren't my favorite- the wrapper seemed kind of dry and they just didn't have much flavor. My sister ordered the basil chicken and said it was good but not great. The food was definitely tasty, but I can make better at home. I really wish I could give 3 1/2 stars because I feel like it deserves more than 3, but it's not quite at the 4 star level.

  • Staytrue F.

I had Pad Thai with seafood as take out for lunch. First of all, it only had 3 pieces of shrimp, imitation crab meat, and barely no mussels. To pricey for that meal. My husband said he will never eat there again, I agree. I will never eat there again!! #canIgetsomerealthaifood

I think the best Thai Tea in Colorado Springs. Serving it in the metal cup is a great refreshing way to cool off a hot day. I will say that if you order a Thai Tea and ask for less ice there is a extras charge. Its worth it even if they do. Seems like every time we go there are more than a few military service people. Bhan Thai has never not been friendly. Great food and great prices.

    (4)
  • Patricia A.

The chicken pad thai was dry and had a strange taste to it. My friend got the pineapple curry and loved it. I'm still on the hunt for a good Thai restaurant.

  • Andre' P.

I was hungry for Thai. I wasn't looking for ambiance or frills, at all. My carry out was ready as promised. The order was almost correct. If you enjoy good yum, I do admit this place has some. I'm sure I'll try more of their menu in the future.

    (3)
  • Christy M.

I was really looking forward to this Thai restaurant. But honestly it was alright. I ordered green curry and it was watery! I was very disappointed. I guess next time I'll order something else.

    (3)
  • Alexandra C.

Major Disappointment! After waiting 2 hrs the chicken satay was dry and not traditional. The Massaman curry had no spice and the curry fried rice was pure curry powder. Plus very small portions that come with hair. Sorry.

    (1)
  • Nick B.

The thia tea is certainly worth trying, I cant quite figure out whats in it. I went with the cashew chicken spicy. It was hot and came with broccoli white rice peppers and of course cashews. Everything was fresh and delicious.

  • Tricia M.

Very tasty, inexpensive, fast service. My favorite is the pad thai with beef. I'm usually leery when it comes to ordering beef in any kind of asian restaurant because it's usually tough with strands of gristle. But I have not had a problem with this place yet. They can do super spicy which I love, but if you go easy on the spice then you are sure to taste the flavor of the food.

    (5)
  • Chris T.

Pretty busy lunch crowd, you order at the counter then find your seat (didn't realize this when I first got there lol). The prices are reasonable (about $7.50 with tax for beef pad Thai). Atmosphere is kinda weird for a Thai place, but looks like it was something else before this. Wait was short, about for 11 minutes my order. Proportions were huge, I was very impressed. Good flavor, lots of vegetables. Only complaint is the beef is a little over done (every single place doesn't this, not a big deal) and that it was not spicy at all. I'll try chicken next time instead. Overall 4 stars, would recommend.

    (4)
  • Amanda T.

The food here is great! I usually get their equivalent of pad see ew. This is a great dish here. My SIL ordered broccoli chicken and really enjoyed it. Their cream cheese wontons are some of the best in the area. Will definitely be back again!

    (5)
  • Jennifer H.

So far I've only tried the Pad Thai and the Masaman (sp?) Curry, but they're both so good that I just keep alternating between these two every time I go. I'm sure everything else is just as good. The Thai iced tea is also great. I know that this location is different owners than the other one on Centennial, in the Albertsons shopping center, but I remember liking their Pad Thai as well when I used to work in the area.

  • Mark M.

Great place for a quick lunch. Friendly fast service and decent Thai food. I got the chicken pad Thai and like it a lot. They also have Ice-cream and they are close to garden of the gods park.

I love this place! Me and my boyfriend come here often. Everything is delicious and I love their soups!

    (5)
  • Dan H.

I would say they we're above above average. Be aware, when the say "spicy" they mean it! I thought all the food was good and of good quality. I diffently will be back.

Over two years later, and I'm still going to this place on a regular basis. The food has been consitently good and the staff is always friendly. My wife and I rotate between pad thai, green curry, penang curry, black soy noodles and drunken noodles. It's been getting harder and harder to decide what to eat when we go because we want it all!!!!

    (5)
  • Linda E.

Great service, friendly knowledgable staff about food options. I got the Chicken Pad Thai and my friend got Pineapple chicken with rice. Both good portions I finished mine, I got regular spicy and it was hot. I order a side of peanut sauce which you should know is 50 cents extra. We had shrimp spring rolls and smart water as well. Great experience. I will return.

  • Josef S.

I know almost nothing about Thai food. We had our business nearby, so I stopped in and was very welcome by the owner. Over the years we became friends and we still chat a lot when he is not too busy. Food is good, big portions, but I can't do spicy..and I hear that is what Thai food is all about. I guess I need to go to Thailand next and do some research about their great food. Then I can compare.

    (5)
  • A G.

Affordable authentic Thai food. Just order at the counter and find a seat. Wish I discovered this place sooner. Staff was super friendly.

    (4)
  • Cobra K.

Bhan Thai is a little like a fast food restaurant. You come in, order at the register, pay, and wait for your food to be brought to you. Food comes on dishes and at the end of your meal, there's an area to bus your dishes. I guess because of this, I reduced my tip from 3 down to 2 bucks. Chicken Pad Thai: Good taste...however I think Bhan Thai could have used higher quality noodles Shrimp Pad Se Ew: Not bad...weird aftertaste. I don't think I'll order it again. Tropical Fried Rice: Pineapples, raisins, cashew nuts. Fantastic. I'll order this dish again over the Pad Thai and the Pad Se Ew.

    (3)
  • Kat M.

Thai food that is reasonably priced and yummy.

    (4)
  • Steve M.

I went in for Shrimp fried rice. They do not sell shrimp but if u want to have shrimp u have to eat seafood. I order seafood instead I get just tiny shrimp and fake crab.Price is going up and you get less. Will never never go there again

Wow, these reviews are extremely misleading. I'm from Denver, came down here to do some hiking and wanted to try out this place. By looking at the reviews, I was sure I was going to get a good meal. But nope, I paid $20 bucks for a horrible meal. I understand that this place isn't supposed to be "authentic" but the food is just tasteless and cooked wrong in every possible way. I ordered Drunken Noodles and the noodles were chopped up ( A BIG NO NO!), over cooked, & soggy. I don't know what else to say, the food isn't great. The restaurant was dirty too. This is not THAI food. This is fast, cheap, and wannabe Thai food.

    (1)
  • William M.

We started with two summer rolls and a bowl of miso soup. Both were good, but the summer roll with the peanut sauce was the best part of the meal. We also ordered the pad thai with medium spiciness add chicken. It was good, but the summer rolls were GREAT! If I lived here I would go back and order four summer rolls for dinner. Good times.

    (4)
  • Melissa K.

My fiancé eats here so often that the owner knows him, best Thai food I have ever had by far, we get takeout from these folks at least once a week. Try the garlic chicken, I recommend Thai Hot!!!! (If you can handle da spice)

    (5)
  • E G.

Mmm! My husband and I came for the Pad Thai, and it was pretty good. The portion was large and they were very accurate with the spicyness (the cashier asked if I wanted "mild, medium, hot, or Thai hot"). The sauce they served with the crab cheese rangoons was yummy--not the usual goopy, ketchupy sweet and sour. I really enjoy the green curry there. The drunken noodles are wonderful! If you love sweet, don't pass on the Thai tea! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The restaurant itself is very casual. Not very decorative, but it was clean when I was there. Good for a chill lunch with a friend. Yelp lists this place as good for groups, but all the tables are pretty small, so that would take some extra effort... I enjoyed my meal there & plan to be back soon.

I was in the area running errands and yelped to find a place for dinner. Bhan Thai was nearby and seemed to have good reviews so I decided to stop in. I already have my favorite thai restaurant down in my neck of the woods, but am always open to finding more places that I can frequent. The girl behind the counter was so nice. Unfortunately I think she didn't understand what I was trying to order (I wanted Pad Woon Sen which I think they have, it's just not called that). She steered me towards their Pad Thai with glass noodles which I knew wasn't what I was looking for but I like Pad Thai and glass noodles, so I went with it. I also ordered a veggie egg roll that was very good. It was really good. I'd go back to this place if I'm ever in the area again. The decor is a little interesting (it looks like the place used to be an Italian restaurant and they just never repainted) and it's located in a strip mall that's on the shabbier side. Definitely worth a stop though, if you can look past all of that.

I just returne recently after having not been in the restaurant for a long while. The owner remembered me and my usual food choice. The food is great and the service is great too! I encourage anyone to go in and try it out. It's the best Thai food in Colorado Springs.

  • Debbie B.

Came in for Wednesday lunch, didn't see any lunch specials but got fried dumplings (pretty good), 2 small thai iced teas (really good), pad thai chicken noodles (good) and basil chicken (good flavor but bone piece in bite). That pricing is decent considering we got a lil appetizer. My portion of noodles wad good, but my husband's portion of chicken was a bit small in my opinion. I'm trying to decide between 4 & 5 stars.

    (5)
  • Jennifer S.

Absolutely delicious. The owner even helped my son who is hesitant about different foods find something special. We were treated like royalty. Would go again and again if we lived around here. Don't miss this gem.

  • Carmella A.

The food was great, the service was speedy. However, we picked up take out, and I did not receive the things I am accustom to. Such as soy packets, napkins, and plastic cutlery. Luckily we weren't eating in the park tonight so I had what I needed at home. I personally had the Tofu Pad Thai and it was very tasty, but I will admit I longed for shredded carrot and a lime. At any rate we will certainly pick up food in a crunch here again.

Do not use Yelp to order your food!!! Scam central took my credit card, also said they would deliver my food. Ended up calling for a update on order and employees did not have any record or my order. Owner try to help but ended I endee up going to different restaurant and canceling my credit card.

  • Phu N.

Wow it was super delicious. I ordered steam dumplings as an appetizer Annnd very worth it even though it was a small portion it was still good. I went with the red curry as my main coruse. Wow I was surprised how much taste it had. It would consider to be spicy to most people but it was just perfect for me. I really wanted to try the pineapple curry which is the sweeter flavor. I will come back and try that flavor. There were many other dishes that I will have to try next time cause everyone else around me seemed to have delicious looking food. Ahhhh And make sure you order the Thai tea which is better here then most restaurants.

    (5)
  • Leah Y.

I eat alot of Thai good this is by far one if the Best Thai restaurant I've eaten at, their pineapple fried rice, and their peanut sauce is the Best and then top it off with Thai ice tea. Every time I'm in Colorado I go there as much as I can. Always leaving happy and full

    (5)
  • Sumi A.

Food was ok, I asked and paid for extra mushrooms in my order and I didn't get any! The noodles were very soggy and didn't have much flavor just lots of chili flakes even though I asked for it to be mild. A big let down.

    (2)
  • Jason E.

I had the red curry, Thai hot. I thought the heat level was perfect, surprisingly, as they stated that it would be incredibly hot. The food was great, however, I would not recommend coming here if you have some place to be. The food is all hand made so it took the cook around 45 minutes to get the food out, and the prices were on the high side. However, the food was extremely delicious and authentic. I appreciated the older gentleman who served us. He was very personable and helped with the menu. In my opinion this is the place to go for Thai in the springs, it just doesn't get better than this and I've had them all.

    (5)
  • Planets K.

Out of all the Thai places i've tried in the Springs, this one has impressed me every visit. I keep trying different things on the menu and I haven't been disappointed yet. Drunken noodles, Lad Na, Tom Kha, and their Pad Thai have made me loyal. :)

    (5)
  • Lisa V.

We were both impressed with this place, despite the less than flashy strip mall location. If you can get past that, prepare for some delicious Thai and excellent service.

    (4)
  • Katharine L.

I always come here for my thai tea fix. The large is actually large! And at around 3 bucks it's the same cost as most smaller thai teas elsewhere. All the food is delicious, I usually get the pad thai and it's awesome! Large portion and reasonably priced. I always have left overs :)

    (5)
  • Nguyên V.

Service was so friendly, i cant choose what kind of the food i want..then the man (forgot to asked his name) told me which one is good.! And i had Black soy noodles...its so delicious..and i never have it before..! I will back again..!

  • Emily J.

You can't go wrong with anything you order here; everything I've tried has been delicious. This place might not be the best decorated or very trendy to look at but who cares about that when you have a steaming bowl of the creamy coconut soup with fresh vegetables in front of you that's so good it'll make you want to slap your grandma! JK. But really, this place is clean, the owner and staff are friendly and take great care of their customers, and the food makes my taste buds sing as well as their prices. It's a fast casual restaurant (no waiter service) but if they're not busy they come by and check on you. My top 3 favorite dishes are (this was difficult to narrow down) the creamy coconut soup, green curry, and the black soy noodles. Oh but wait, there's more! Honestly if you like to try new things, you have to save room for either the coconut ice cream w/sticky rice or the mango w/sticky rice. I've had both and now when I eat here it's a fight between the healthy side of me and the "you only live once" side because I want this dessert every time! Seriously, it's a hidden gem!

    (5)
  • S. D.

Love this place, love the drunken noodles! I always order the Thai tea no matter what I am eating. We have been eating here for years and have yet to be disappointed at anything we are ordered. The staff is super friendly.

After seeing and smelling my coworkers food from Bhan Thai I figured it was my turn to try it. When I went in it had the feel of a strip mall restaurant, which.. it is, not shocking. I glanced over the menu for a minute and ended up ordering the Chicken Dragon's Fire entree and saw a hot and sour soup was only 95 cents with an entree so I got one of those as well, and a water. They have different spice levels on their food, you can choose mild, medium, hot or thai hot, I chose hot cause it was my first time. I sat down and only a few seconds later got the soup. The soup was good, I liked it. A few minutes later the entree came out and first thing you notice is the serving size is pretty big! I started eating and the flavors were good and I enjoyed it. While eating the spice level hot food I realized I never got my water cup, when I looked at the front there was no employees to be found. I heard a two talking in the back so I was saying "excuse me.... excuse me! EXCUSE ME!" and never got a response. After about a minute and a half of trying to have someone hear me I just went around the counter myself and got the water. The food I would say 3-4 star. The restaurant itself a 3, clean but just there. The service was a 2. I wouldn't drive across town for the food but if you are on that side of town you probably can't go wrong with it, I could see myself going here again since my work is close enough by.

This place serves great Thai food! I have been here many times and have never been disappointed. I've had several curries, pad Thai, and drunken noodles. The Thai iced tea is so awesome. How do you make this stuff?

  • Shun F.

My second favorite Thai restaurant in Colorado Springs behind Thai Lily on Chelton. The prices are very reasonable and their food tasty. The ambiance reminds me of a cafeteria in Japan, which is to say that it gets the job done, but not trendy or special in any way. This is something that I don't mind in that I go to restaurants to eat. I had their Pad Thai and it is the best in the Springs. Their Shu Mai was equally delicious and reminded me a lot of the dumplings in Chinese dim sum restaurants. A great place to get take out or to get a quick bite to eat. Whenever I'm pressed for time or want take out, this is the place to go.

Fantastic place! Great attentive service. Super clean and pleasant decor. In our party of six we didn't have a bad meal among us. My Bangkok Fried Rice w/ pork was fantastic. And the Mango w/ Sweet Rice dessert was amazing. Hey, when all four of my kids are loving their food things are good! This will be one of our regular spots.

Uh, they actually have a sticker on the front door that reads "yelp loves us". After you eat here once you'll know why. OK - excellent service combined with quick delicious food and a low price tag is where it's at.

My fiancé eats here so often that the owner knows him, best Thai food I have ever had by far, we get takeout from these folks at least once a week. Try the garlic chicken, I recommend Thai Hot!!!! (If you can handle da spice)

Absolutely delicious. The owner even helped my son who is hesitant about different foods find something special. We were treated like royalty. Would go again and again if we lived around here. Don't miss this gem.

Smells like rotten vegetables in there and the food is nothing to rave about. The floors are nasty and most of the tables are being leveled out by an apartment guide

  • Sumi A.

Food was ok, I asked and paid for extra mushrooms in my order and I didn't get any! The noodles were very soggy and didn't have much flavor just lots of chili flakes even though I asked for it to be mild. A big let down.

    (5)
  • Alexandra C.

Major Disappointment! After waiting 2 hrs the chicken satay was dry and not traditional. The Massaman curry had no spice and the curry fried rice was pure curry powder. Plus very small portions that come with hair. Sorry.

  • Nick B.

The thia tea is certainly worth trying, I cant quite figure out whats in it. I went with the cashew chicken spicy. It was hot and came with broccoli white rice peppers and of course cashews. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Affordable authentic Thai food. Just order at the counter and find a seat. Wish I discovered this place sooner. Staff was super friendly.

Awful! Real Thai my butt. If you want authentic, real Thai without any other oriental influence, then I suggest LANNA THAI off Research. Everything at LANNA THAI is awesome and as authentic as you can get (without leaving the US). We've eaten Thai all over the world and Thai Basil is Chinese food with Thai peppers!

This place is fairly close to my work so I've frequented there for a couple of years. The food is alright. I usually get the Gai Phad King with tofu instead of chicken, and since I'm vegan I always always ask for no fish sauce and no msg. A couple of times I swear I tasted the fish sauce which was disconcerting. The owner of the place is pretty awesome though. Super friendly guy, I've seen him shopping at the Asia Pacific Market and we talked for a second, he's rad.

Epic win for the first Thai place i've ever been to that charges less than $10/entree. I've long been on a quest, wherever I go, to find a good thai place that doesn't break the bank, and this fit the bill. So, on to the review of the place itself. The restaurant is really clean and well-kept, which is important for their image. It's not your typical restaurant, which has sit down ordering, but you order at the front, and then they bring you your food. This is certainly not a new concept, but it seems to work for them. If I had to guess, the place is family owned, and by a family of immigrants that moved here from Thailand fairly recently. The food itself is really good - I, being a bit of a spice fanatic, asked them to make it as spicy as possible and they really managed to spice my massaman curry without killing the flavor. Huge kudos to the chef there. Also, I had Thai Iced tea, which is a personal favorite of mine. However, their Thai Iced Tea was on the sweeter side, so if you don't like things that are too sweet it might not be for you. My dining companions (who generally can't handle the same level of spice that I can) were in agreement that the food was really good, with the exception of our resident vegetarian, who found her curry noodles far too spicy for her taste. It's not the best Thai place I've been to, but for the price, it comes really really close. I highly recommend this place to anyone who happens to be in Colorado Springs. You won't regret it.

Very affordable, nice service, and the decor wasn't bad (modern urban ambiance, says my ambiance-conscious wife :) ). Tasty Thai Iced Tea and a five-star Drunken Noodle dish. ... BUT. Something was wrong with the pad thai that we got. It was completely flavorless to the point of being inedible. I'm not exaggerating - I've had good pad thai and bad pad thai, but never tasteless pad thai. If we had still been there, I would have sent it back, and I almost NEVER send something back. But unfortunately we got it to go, so we just split the Drunken Noodles instead. I think it was just an honest mistake - there's no way the pad thai could consistently taste like that without the business closing - but that dish never should have made it out of the kitchen. One-star pad thai, five-star drunken noodles, so I'm splitting the difference. Go, enjoy, but if you're getting it to go, TASTE IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. :( P.S. My fortune cookie said "In the near future, you will discover how fortunate you are." My wife's cookie said, "The three elements of capitalism are energy, money, and success." Having one great fortune cookie message and one inexplicably atrocious one fit perfectly with our experience.

Bhan Thai is to Thai cuisine what Chipotle is to Mexican, or Tokyo Joe's is to Japanese. The food is good, the ingredients taste fresh, and the prices are affordable. There isn't very much to say, honestly. I wouldn't choose Bhan Thai for the ultimate Thai cuisine experience, but I would opt to dine here for a quick lunch or simple dinner. It's non-commercial, which is a plus, because then you have a better understanding of what/who your money is supporting. This place deserves to stay in business, so give them a try.

Come for the food, but don't stay for the ambiance. The food is quite good and unlike most Thai places around here, the hot is actually hot, it's not melt your face off hot, but it is actually spicy, unlike most places around here I order hot and it is just a little spicy. Looking forward to trying this place again, especially since it is near my office.

Having one great fortune cookie message and one inexplicably atrocious one fit perfectly with our experience.

Stopped here after finding our favorite pho place closed. It was very good. Pad Thai was scrumptious. Service was friendly and speedy. I'll drop in again!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
